EPA issues new round of truck emissions standards, group wary of potential ‘enormous costs’ of rule

The EPA and DOT on Aug. 16 issued the final draft of the next round of emissions and fuel economy standards for U.S. heavy-duty trucks. Joe Mendel of the Truck and Engine Manufacturers Association says the rule could "impose enormous costs" on truck buyers.
